You are able to find appeal with even the seediest characters in the story. A soulless man and a souleating girl. Kept me on the edge of my seat for the whole book (finished reading it at 2 am). Keeping everyone calm and collected is not always that easy especially when trying to figure out something that seems to be headed his way. Four stars because I felt there was almost too much going on.
